HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

We are looking for a seasoned, creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our Product team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, with a strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.

VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points. Utilise various research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.

• User Interface Design: Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces that align with our brand and enhance the user experience.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.

• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user insights.

• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.

• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design processes and deliverables.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design projects.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.

• Experience with user research and usability testing.

• Experience in AML/KYC/KYB a plus
