HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for all lead generation across our new business sales teams including professional services, enterprise and partnerships. The role will also be responsible for lead generation within our existing client base to support our customer success and existing network and partnerships teams. Both areas will include targeting a wide range of new and existing regulated sectors.

Digitally focused, you will manage our marketing automation and lead nurture strategies to support the growth of both our brand and lead generation KPIs.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Brand & Communications Manager you will create and be responsible for the execution of our lead generation strategy to enable business growth, in line with our company vision.

VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creation and execution of our lead generation strategy across multiple channels

  • Development and implementation of digital marketing strategies including but not exclusive to; PPC, SEO, e-mail & social media

  • Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets, reporting back on key success metrics and ROI

  • Management of our marketing automation platform and lead nurture strategy via HubSpot

  • Managing agencies and reporting back on key performance metrics

  • Collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders such as our sales, partnerships and customer success teams to achieve optimum targeting and lead generation performance

  • Work alongside the Brand & Communication Manager and wider marketing team to ensure that our website is optimised for lead generation

  • Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment

  • Manage, grow and develop a team, providing a pathway for career progression

  • Play a leading role within the marketing team to identify and execute growth strategies for the business.

  • Using advanced analytics skills and software, identify customer and prospect touchpoints and assess end-to-end experience across a diverse range of digital channels.

  • Work alongside our Product team to create and execute our Go to Marketing strategies for new and existing solutions, in line with our product roadmap.

  • Proactively identify gaps within our marketing strategy and develop solutions to strengthen our marketing results.

  • Alongside the Brand & Communication Manager and wider marketing team create engaging content to drive traffic to our website and support our lead generation and nurture strategies.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?

  • Digitally focused with a minimum of 5 years' experience and demonstrable success within digital channels e.g. PPC & SEO.

  • Proven track record of creating and executing lead generation campaigns with demonstrable results. Setting regular objectives, goals and targets, and achieving them.

  • Ability to analyse data and results and suggest optimisations and efficiencies.

  • Self-driven prioritisation of multiple tasks with high importance and value.

  • Data driven and analytical in approach to commercials, to achieve marketing ROI.

  • Excellent written communication with experience in writing and delivering marketing content for campaigns

  • Confident and clear verbal communication, history of delivering presentations internally and externally with a proven track record of maintaining and building third party relationships

  • Experience of working with a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot.

  • Demonstrates a high-level of attention to detail across all aspects of marketing.

  • Experience in working to KPIs and producing reports on key marketing performance metrics.

  • An advanced level of marketing knowledge combined with an external marketing qualification and or degree (desirable)
